Leonardo V.v.

Leo is a l7 hand, pure black FPS/FPZV registered Friesian stallion. He is a foundation sire for “The Gaited Baroque Horse”, and the “Morisian Horse Association”.  Leo is true perfection in conformation and mind.  I hand breed this stallion by myself and he is always a perfect gentleman.

I bought Leo from the prestigious “Twin Lakes Ranch” in Texas.  When I had his pre-purchase examine done, the vet from Texas A&M informed me they had never seen a horse with absolutely perfect conformation until they saw Leo.  Leo’s pedigree is the best and his sire is the Preferent Stallion Aswyn v.d. Pluum” this is a World Champion Stallion and producer of World Champions.  He is out of the Model Mare Pre., Rozalinda; ,a rating given only to the best of the best.

At one year old, “Leo” beat them both for best of Show!!  In l998, he won the American Warm blood Society National “Bronze” Medal.  There was many, many top-notch sport colts of all breeds that you would normally associate with sport, Hanoverian, Thoroughbred, Oldenburg & Dutch Warm bloods being judged that year and Leo took the Bronze.

All Leo’s foals are eligible for the Friesian Sport Horse Association, the International Friesian Sport Horse Association, The American Warm blood Association, The New Friesians of America, and the FPS/FPZV through Germany.  His gaited babies are eligible to become Foundation Breeding Stock for the “Gaited Baroque Horse Association. His Morgan cross babies are eligible for foundation registry in the “Morisian Horse Association”.  His colored babies are eligible for the Sport Horses of Color Registry.  Leo is booked for the 2004-breeding season ,but his book for the 2005-year will open August l, 2004.
